1. About MathPro Tutors

MathPro Tutors provides online educational and tutoring services designed to support students through personalized one-on-one instruction.

Our services may include:

• Mathematics tutoring
• General school-subject tutoring
• O/A Level tutoring
• GCSE / IGCSE tutoring
• SAT preparation
• Homework and academic support
• Examination preparation
• Quran learning with Tajweed
• Other educational services offered through our platform

Tutoring sessions are delivered online through digital communication and learning platforms designated or approved by MathPro Tutors.

2. Eligibility and Parental Consent

Students and parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services.

If a student is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must:

• Provide appropriate consent for the student to participate.
• Be responsible for payment and billing information.
• Review and accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the student.
• Provide accurate contact information where required.
• Assist with communication regarding scheduling, cancellations, refunds, or account-related matters.

Where services involve children under applicable child-privacy laws, MathPro Tutors will handle information in accordance with applicable legal requirements. For example, U.S. services involving children under 13 may trigger requirements under COPPA concerning parental notice and consent.

3. Account Registration

Certain features may require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Not share your account with another person unless expressly permitted.
• Not create an account using false or misleading information.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

MathPro Tutors reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, are used improperly, or violate these Terms.

4. Tutoring Services

Our tutors provide educational guidance based on the student's academic level, curriculum, learning objectives, and individual requirements.

Tutoring may include explanations, practice questions, homework assistance, revision, exam preparation, study strategies, and other academic support.

While we make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality tutoring, MathPro Tutors does not guarantee a particular grade, examination result, admission decision, academic ranking, or other specific educational outcome.

Student results depend on various factors, including attendance, preparation, effort, previous knowledge, learning ability, school requirements, and examination performance.

5. Tutor Assignment and Replacement

MathPro Tutors makes reasonable efforts to match students with tutors based on subject requirements, academic level, availability, and other relevant factors.

Because learning preferences differ from student to student, a tutor may not always be the perfect match.

If a student or parent believes that a tutor is not a suitable fit, they may contact our support team and request a tutor replacement.

Where reasonably possible, MathPro Tutors will attempt to assign another qualified tutor without unnecessary delay.

Tutor replacement does not automatically create a right to a refund for sessions that have already been completed.

6. Scheduling and Booking

Tutoring sessions should generally be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, unless MathPro Tutors or the assigned tutor confirms otherwise.

Session availability depends on tutor schedules and platform availability.

A booking is considered confirmed once the session has been accepted or otherwise confirmed through our designated booking or communication system.

Students and parents are responsible for checking the scheduled date and time and ensuring that the student is available to attend.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, you should provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Where appropriate notice is provided, MathPro Tutors may allow the session to be rescheduled subject to tutor availability.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a completed or chargeable session because the tutor's time has already been reserved.

Exceptions may be considered at MathPro Tutors' reasonable discretion in cases involving genuine emergencies or circumstances outside the student's reasonable control.

8. Missed Sessions and Late Attendance

If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without providing appropriate prior notice, the session may be considered completed for billing and package purposes.

If a student arrives late, the tutor may continue the session for the remaining scheduled period rather than extending the session beyond the original end time.

Repeated late arrivals, missed sessions, or scheduling issues may result in additional restrictions on future bookings.

9. Technical Problems

Students are responsible for having:

• A suitable device.
• A stable internet connection.
• A working microphone and, where required, camera.
• Appropriate software or applications needed for the tutoring session.
• A suitable environment for learning.

MathPro Tutors is not responsible for interruptions caused by the student's internet connection, device, software, electricity supply, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a technical problem originates from MathPro Tutors or its designated platform, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or otherwise address the affected session.

10. Fees and Payments

All tutoring fees, packages, subscriptions, and other charges must be paid according to the pricing displayed or communicated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments are made in advance.
• Prices may vary depending on the subject, academic level, tutor, package, lesson duration, or service selected.
• Applicable taxes or third-party processing charges, where required, may apply.
• MathPro Tutors may use third-party payment processors to securely process payments.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount associated with your selected service.

MathPro Tutors does not intentionally store complete payment-card information when payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

11. Monthly Plans and Subscriptions

Where MathPro Tutors offers recurring monthly plans or subscriptions, the applicable billing frequency, price, included sessions, and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase.

If a subscription automatically renews, the customer will be charged according to the applicable subscription terms until the subscription is cancelled.

Cancellation of a recurring plan does not automatically result in a refund for sessions or services that have already been provided.

Any unused-session treatment will be governed by the applicable package or refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.

12. Refund Policy

15-Day Refund Window

Eligible refund requests may be submitted within 15 calendar days of the customer's initial signup date, subject to the conditions below.

Unused Sessions Only

Refunds apply only to eligible prepaid tutoring sessions that have not been used.

Completed Sessions

Sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable because the tutor's time and educational services have already been provided.

Missed Sessions

A session missed without appropriate prior notice may be considered a completed session and may not qualify for a refund.

After the 15-Day Period

After the applicable 15-day refund period has expired, monetary refunds are generally not available unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by MathPro Tutors.

Students may still contact our support team regarding tutor replacement or other service-related concerns.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content made available through MathPro Tutors, including but not limited to:

• Website content
• Lesson materials
• Worksheets
• Practice questions
• Study guides
• Educational resources
• Graphics
• Videos
• Text
• Branding
• Logos
• Curriculum materials
• Downloadable resources

is owned by MathPro Tutors or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.

Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use provided educational materials for their personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Resell our educational materials.
• Redistribute or publicly publish our materials.
• Copy substantial portions of our proprietary resources.
• Use our materials for commercial purposes.
• Claim our materials as your own.
• Upload our proprietary materials to unauthorized websites or platforms.

14. Recording of Tutoring Sessions

Students, parents, tutors, and other participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially use tutoring sessions without appropriate authorization and consent.

Where recording is requested or required for a legitimate educational purpose, appropriate consent should be obtained from the relevant participants before recording begins.

Additional requirements may apply where minors participate in a session.

15. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time.
• Complete assigned practice where appropriate.
• Treat tutors and staff respectfully.
• Follow reasonable instructions provided during lessons.
• Maintain a suitable learning environment.
• Provide accurate information regarding their academic requirements.
• Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

MathPro Tutors cannot be responsible for academic progress where a student repeatedly fails to attend sessions, refuses to participate, or does not reasonably engage with the learning process.

16. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's participation where appropriate.

Parents/guardians should ensure that:

• The student attends scheduled sessions.
• Contact information remains accurate.
• Payments are made on time.
• Cancellation requests are communicated appropriately.
• The student follows the applicable Code of Conduct.
• Any relevant academic requirements are communicated to MathPro Tutors.

17. Code of Conduct

All students, parents, tutors, and users are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.

The following conduct is prohibited:

• Harassment or bullying.
• Threatening behavior.
• Abusive or discriminatory language.
• Sexual or inappropriate conduct.
• Repeated disruptive behavior.
• Attempting to intimidate tutors or staff.
• Unauthorized recording or distribution of sessions.
• Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity.
• Misuse of the website or tutoring platform.
• Attempting to access another person's account.
• Any activity that violates applicable law.

MathPro Tutors may suspend or terminate access to its services where serious or repeated violations occur.

Where an account is terminated because of prohibited conduct, fees for completed services may remain payable and refunds may not be available except where required by applicable law.

18. Tutor-Student Communication

Communication between students, parents, and tutors should remain professional and related to educational services.

Users should not pressure tutors to provide services outside the agreed tutoring arrangement or attempt to bypass MathPro Tutors' booking and payment systems where doing so violates applicable platform rules or agreements.

19. Third-Party Platforms

MathPro Tutors may use third-party services for video calls, communications, scheduling, payment processing, file storage, or other operational functions.

Examples may include video-conferencing platforms, payment processors, email providers, messaging services, and scheduling systems.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. MathPro Tutors is not responsible for independent outages, policies, or practices of third-party providers.

20. Website Use

You agree not to use our website to:

• Engage in unlawful activity.
• Introduce malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with website functionality.
• Scrape or copy substantial website content without authorization.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Submit fraudulent information.
• Abuse forms, booking systems, payment systems, or other website functionality.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where necessary to protect our website, users, tutors, or business operations.

21. Privacy and Personal Information

MathPro Tutors may collect information necessary to provide tutoring services, process payments, communicate with users, schedule sessions, improve services, and maintain account functionality.

Information may include account details, contact information, educational requirements, scheduling information, payment-related information, and other information described in our Privacy Policy.

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which should be reviewed separately before using our services.

Where applicable, we will take reasonable measures to protect personal information and limit its use to legitimate business, educational, operational, legal, and security purposes.

22. Educational Disclaimer

MathPro Tutors provides educational assistance and tutoring support.

Our services are intended to supplement, not replace, a student's school, college, university, or other educational institution.

We do not guarantee:

• A particular grade.
• A specific examination score.
• Admission to a particular school or university.
• Passing a particular examination.
• A specific improvement in academic performance.
• Any particular educational or career outcome.

Students remain responsible for their own academic work, examinations, submissions, and decisions.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MathPro Tutors will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use or inability to use our website or tutoring services.

This may include losses resulting from:

• Internet or telecommunications failures.
• Device failures.
• Third-party platform outages.
• Missed examinations or school deadlines.

• Unauthorized access beyond reasonable security measures.

Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to reschedule affected tutoring sessions.

25. Changes to Services

MathPro Tutors may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of its website or tutoring services when reasonably necessary.

We may also update our pricing, packages, tutors, lesson formats, technology providers, or available subjects.

Changes to already-purchased services will be handled in accordance with the applicable purchase terms and applicable law.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version may be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

27. Suspension or Termination

MathPro Tutors may suspend or terminate an account or access to services where:

• These Terms are violated.
• Payments are overdue or declined.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• The user engages in abusive or threatening conduct.
• The service is being misused.
• Continued access creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before termination. Immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect users, tutors, staff, or the platform.

28. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable to MathPro Tutors and its business operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute should first be brought to our attention so that the parties can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising rights or remedies that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

30. No Waiver

If MathPro Tutors does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce the provision in the future.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable service-specific terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of MathPro Tutors' services.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written agreement provided for a particular service, the applicable service-specific agreement may control to the extent of that conflict.
